Les Collines vineyard was started in 2000 on farm ground that had previously been in a wheat, barley
and peas crop rotation. The soil is a heavy silt loess with a good amount of clay material in it.
The vineyard grows 13 different varieties including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Tempranillo, Malbec, Zinfandel, Petite Verdot, Primitivo, Tinta Roriz, Semillon, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier.
Les Collines has 240 acres planted on the 300 acre property and Garrison Creek Cellars sits in the middle of the vineyard. We sell to over 50 wineries who have won many state, national, and world ranked awards with Les Collines fruit in many different categories. The vineyard sits in the foothills of the Blue Mountains of Walla Walla, Washington and is one of the most beautiful sites in country.
